| Larry B. O'Brien |
Larry graduated with a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 and with a Masters of
Criminology from the University of Ottawa in 1977. Following his graduation from Osgoode Hall Law
School in 1985, he articled and practiced exclusively criminal law with Robert J. Carter, Q.C.,
in Toronto until 1990.
Since 1990, Larry has practiced criminal law in Brockville and Eastern Ontario conducting trials
and appeals on charges including murder, sexual assaults, drug importing and trafficking, firearms
at the U.S.A./Canadian border, etc., for both adults and young persons.
Larry was a founding member of the Rideau/St. Lawrence
Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association and
has been elected its Regional Director since 1994. Larry is also a member of the
Association in Defence of the Wrongfully
Convicted (A.I.D.W.Y.C.).
